About the Job :
In this job, you will be responsible for the following:
Demand Forecasting, Planning for spare parts Experience in International Trading & Sourcing Knowledge in Logistics & SCM Negotiation with Principals Inventory Management & Warehousing activities Obtain quotes, negotiate and procure items from local suppliers at competitive prices, desired quality and minimal required quantities. To generate, scrutinize and transmit suggested stock orders to the principals to achieve order value targets, meet the order schedule deadlines. Utilize the gained parts knowledge to improve parts availability. To scrutinize and process - sales orders and urgent orders to ensure accuracy and the requested part are made available in the shortest possible time, thus contributing to sales. To achieve and improve the service rate targets consistently, keeping the stock levels within the target; thus achieving the targeted stock turn/funds requirement and customer satisfaction. Process claims on principals for shortages, breakages, wrong supply and pricing errors in parts supply and monitor them for timely settlement/credit note.

:To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:* Graduate with qualification in Materials Management* More than 7 years experience in parts operations, preferable for Electronics & Home AppliancesÂ
